For the highly sensitive woman who reads every room

You walk into a room and know something is off.

You replay one reply for days.

Someone called you too sensitive, and part of you believed it.

You're the one everyone calls. You're not sure who you'd call.

You say yes, then feel tired for a week.

You share good news, a friend smiles, and something feels wrong.

You're not wrong for noticing. You just need a way to check what you notice.

1 The one rule. Watch the pattern, not the moment.

2 A cheat sheet of 7 signs. Calm, caring, cold or guarded, never brought up, the compliment before a favor, fake interest, and real help.

3 A two-week notice log. Write it down. Don't decide yet.

4 4 questions before you decide. So one hard week doesn't turn into a verdict.

5 What each sign doesn't mean. Because shy, tired and distracted people exist too.

Mary, creator of Its Her Quiet Shift

Hi, I'm Mary

I feel everything. For a long time I thought everybody did.

I'm a recovering overthinker, and I'm still healing from people pleasing. I used to replay conversations for days and try to keep everyone comfortable. I was tired all the time.

What helped me most was simple. I stopped guessing what people meant and started watching what they did.

I'm not a therapist. I'm a woman learning this for real, and sharing it as I go.

Why I made this guide

Most advice says trust your gut. But when you feel everything, your gut is loud all the time. You need a way to check it.

This guide is that check. It's what I wish I had when I started.
